Decals - a Cost Effective Promotional Product to Maximize Your Advertising Exposure

Decals

Artwork is produced on a transparent decal, and then applied to product. 

A Decal Transfer: A water-soluble decal, printed on an offset or letterset press, is submerged in water and slid onto the product to be imprinted. The decal is rubbed with a cloth or squeegee to remove any excess water and air from between the product and the decal. The product is then kiln-fired. Once fired, the decal becomes fused with the glaze. Hairline registration and superior reproduction of detail make it an excellent choice. This imprint withstands washing very well. This method is labor intensive, since each decal must be aligned and applied by hand. Used in when many colors and tight registration are desired on less than perfect porcelain, ceramic and glass products. 

Decals can be produced for a variety of applications including window stickers, bumper stickers, vehicles, boats and recreational motorsport vehicles to name a few.  Decals can also be made for stick and re-apply.

Durable outdoor vinyl decals printed directly onto outdoor vinyl material at high resolutions in full color. Decals can be cut to any shape and size. Vinyl decals can also be laminated to protect your decals from scratching, UV fade resistance and waterproof / weatherproofing.  Decals can also be produced with reflective materials for high visibility at night.

Decals make a great promotional product for handouts at concerts, nightclubs, trade shows, sporting events etc. Create exposure for your company by seeing your decals on the road.  People love to place decals on their vehicles.  Decals can be made to stick on the outside or the inside of windows.
