Pool Table Lights Affect the Efficiency of the Game

A good game is influence by a good surrounding and with proper lighting. Just like with billiard sport. Along with the essential billiard supplies, how the play area is illuminated is also a matter that helps the player to play efficiently.

A pool table light should be properly installed so that the game will smoothly progress. The lighting on the game area should not cast shadows so that anything in the pool table is visible especially on the cue balls. The rule of the thumb for lighting the pool is to focus the light on the game area and ends on the edge of the table. The height of the light from the table should be 30" to 32" or 62" to 70" from the floor. Depending on the size of the pool table, the number of pool table light also varies.

Pool table lights are available in many designs and styles which make the pool table lighting to be the additional focal point of the pool hall and your friends who play with you will not only give impression to the pool table but also be amazed with your lighting. Most commonly, pool table lights are in a form of pendant lighting. Moreover, the most exciting thing about pool table lights is the casing or the fitting where the light bulb is enclosed. However, the pool hall or the game room also needs other form of lighting to make wandering around the room easily. Just make sure it won't cause any unnecessary shadow in the game area.
